Since The Barn-B-Que Smokehouse in Lake Ozark is just a few minutes drive away from the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, that puts us in close proximity to many exciting annual events at the Lake of the Ozarks. As a matter of fact, two very popular events are happening over the next couple of weekends - The Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals and Bikefest Lake of the Ozarks.
There will be plenty to keep you entertained at those events but when you get hungry, we'll have the best BBQ at the Lake of the Ozarks hot and ready for you! 32nd Annual Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals
Dubbed as Central Missouri's largest car show, the Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals takes over the historic Bagnell Dam Strip from Friday, September 11-Sunday, September 13, 2020. This is an all-age event that the entire family can enjoy. As the website perfectly phrases it, it is "one massive show and legendary weekend"!
This unique car show features all makes, models, and years of cars, trucks, and motorcycles parked all the way up and down the Strip, which is closed to through traffic for the weekend. 14th Annual Bikefest Lake of the Ozarks 2020
Bikefest Lake of the Ozarks is the ultimate experience for motorcycle enthusiasts September 16-20. Activities and entertainment for this event, as well as some of the nation's most scenic rides, will be happening all over the entire lake area. Over 300 biker-friendly restaurants, bars, hotels, and campgrounds welcome participants every year. Even if you don't ride, it's an awesome sight to see and there are many great people to meet.

"Pit Stop" for BBQ
With so much going on, you're going to want to keep your strength up to enjoy it all and nothing is more energizing than a heaping helping of the best smoked BBQ at the Lake of the Ozarks! Our menu is filled with a delicious combination of classic BBQ favorites (like ribs, brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork, and more) plus unique menu items thrown in for a bit of tasty variety.
We smoke our meats in small batches daily to ensure that you get the freshest, most savory meats possible. While they taste terrific "un-sauced", we've also got 5 incredible BBQ sauces that can be added for even more irresistible flavor. Be sure to save room for dessert too, because Grandma Jayne comes in at the end of every week and bakes up fresh batches of her made-from-scratch sweet treats!
The dining room opens daily at 11:00 am. We also host the best Happy Hour at the Lake of the Ozarks every Monday-Friday from 3-6 pm plus, now that football season is starting again, our all-day Sunday Happy Hours are beginning too. Incredible drink specials plus half-price appetizers!
