Celebrate Sandwiches at The Barn-B-Que

Happy National Sandwich Day! Of course, if you're reading this after November 3, you missed the official holiday but don't worry. We're happy to celebrate sandwiches with you any day of the year at The Barn-B-Que Smokehouse in Lake Ozark! 

Sandwiches are a favorite lunch item for most people, especially the ones that have had the mouthwatering sandwiches at our Lake of the Ozarks BBQ restaurant & bar. Actually, the sandwiches we serve daily are so big and hearty, they easily qualify as a filling dinner item too! Here's a closer look at some of the fantastic sandwiches you can enjoy when you dine at The Barn-B-Que. 

Smoked Meat Sandwiches

Many of our smoked meats can be ordered in sandwich form as either a 5-ounce or 8-ounce serving on a bun with your choice of a side dish. We've also got 5 deliciously different BBQ sauces you can top these with.

  • Pulled Pork
  • Brisket
  • Turkey
  • Sausage 

Specialty Sandwiches

Our specialty sandwiches combine additional tasty ingredients with those incredible smoked meats. These are served alongside your choice of a side dish. We occasionally add new sandwiches as daily specials too, so keep an eye out for those when you come in to eat. 

Brisket Cheesesteak
Philly-style with sauteed onions, peppers, and melted Provolone cheese. 

Brisket Dip
Caramelized onions, Provolone cheese, and a side of au jus. 

The Barn Burner
Brisket and jalapeno cheddar sausage plus our horseradish and sweet BBQ sauces. 

Burnt Ends (while they last!)
Brisket points marinated in a blend of house sauces and spices, double-rubbed and double-smoked. 

Pulled pork topped with our pork glaze and picnic coleslaw. 

For the Kids

Here at The Barn-B-Que, we think you're never too young to start appreciating the savory flavors that a good ol' BBQ sandwich has to offer. For that reason, our kids' menu features 3 different mini-sandwiches to choose from plus one side dish with each order. 

  • Brisket Sliders

On The Side

Since all of the sandwiches at our Lake of the Ozarks family restaurant come with one of our made-from-scratch side dishes, you might be wondering what those side dish choices include. The sooner you know what we're serving up, the more time you'll have to decide between the many irresistible choices! We've also got sides available by the quart and by the gallon is you want to have extra to take home.  
  • Fresh Fries
    Fresh-cut and fried to order. Order them "loaded" for a small additional charge.
  • Grandma Jayne's Camp Beans
    5 bean varieties, house sweet BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and chunky tomatoes in Grandma Jayne's award-winning sauce. 
  • Chunky Apple Sauce
    Sweet applesauce with chunks of apples.
  • Picnic Cole Slaw
    Finely chopped cabbage and carrots in a slightly sweet, light dressing.
  • Southern Style Green Beans
    Traditional southern-style green beans with bacon.
  • Grandma Jayne's Old-Fashioned Mustard Potato Salad
    Red potatoes, onions, sweet pickle relish, diced celery, mayo, and just a touch of mustard. 
  • Fried Okra
    A southern favorite, lightly breaded and fried. 
  • Tater Tots
    Potato barrels, deep-fried to a golden brown. Order them "loaded" for a small additional charge. 
  • Mac -N- Cheese
    Macaroni and creamy queso cheese. 

Celebrate National Sandwich Day in mouthwatering style right here at The Barn-B-Que Smokehouse. (Or, come in after today and celebrate any time you feel like it!) 

We open daily at 11:00 am so you can join us in the dining room or on the lake-view porch. You can also order food to go online easily through our website. We'll get to cooking and expect to see you real soon!
